About the Class:

Flow like the river! This all-levels vinyasa flow practice will link postures through breath and movement and will open, strengthen and lengthen your muscles-- while at the same time will calm, soothe and open your mind. Modifications will be suggested to aid in advancement-- or to help you take it easy. This class is for everyone and especially useful to those athletes participating in the many challenging Dominion Riverrock events! Please bring your mat, water, and an open heart. Sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended as well.

About the Instructor:

Project Yoga Richmond Ambassador Linda Anderson (RYT-200) was drawn to Yoga nearly 15 years ago in search of a means to complement her love for running and body building. Little did she know that Yoga would change the course of her life as she began to experience the transformational effects of the practice both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her knowledge and understanding of the human body has been cultivated over a lifetime of athletics, dance, and fitness training. This is reflective in her teaching style with a focus on alignment, hands-on assists, and breath work.  Linda’s unique style includes her love for creative expression through music and Vinyasa flow. Linda also teaches at Om On Yoga, in addition to teaching private clients.
