VIDEO CONTEST

Cash prizes are up for grabs! Videographers of all levels (pro to beginner) are invited to enter.  Videographers may shoot any Dominion Riverrock personality, competition, activity or venue they choose and then submit their final edited video of no more than 60 seconds.

Online through 11:59 p.m. on May 15
 
On site registration is on Brown's Island during the following times:
Thursday, May 17 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday, May 18 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. 
Saturday, May 19 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. 
Sunday, May 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
 
Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packet Pick Up: 

All videographers MUST check in on Brown’s Island on Friday, May 18 from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., Saturday, May 19th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., or Sunday, May 20th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Failure to check in will eliminate them from prize money consideration.

Age Requirements: 

This competition is open to photographers of all ages.

Rules: 

Videographers must submit their edited video via email to videocontest@sportsbackers.org by midnight, Sunday, May 20th using the following guidelines:

- Videos may be no longer than 60-seconds
- Videos must be submitted in .avi, .mov, .mpg or .wmv format
- Video files may not exceed 7MB

Please include contact information in the email. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. No more than video per contest entrant will be eligible for prize money.

A panel of judges will be looking for the video that captures the spirit of Dominion Riverrock. Videographers will be responsible for providing their own equipment.  Organizers will not be responsible for incomplete, late or damaged submissions.  Videographers agree to share rights to all videos submitted with Sports Backers and Venture Richmond. By entering a video in the Dominion Riverrock Video Contest, the entrant is granting Sports Backers and Venture Richmond a nonexclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to publish the video for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes without attribution (in some cases), compensation, permission or further notification to the entrant. Employees of the Sports Backers and Venture Richmond are ineligible for the contest. 

Results will be announced on Wednesday, May 23rd on the Dominion Riverrock website.
